Application can be done by filling out and submitting the online application and all the necessary documents at the IHE Delft’s website.

Application deadlines 

 

1. Application deadline for Erasmus Mundus Scholarship and Scholarship with reduced tuition fee: 8 January 2024 (23.59hrs) (partner countries) / 15 February 2024 (23.59hrs) (programme countries).

2. Deadline for sending English test results for Erasmus Mundus Scholarship: 29 February 2024 (23.59hrs)  (provided online application is received before 8th January for partner countries and 15th February for programme countries)

3. Applications received after the above-mentioned deadlines will be taken into consideration for academic admission, but not for Erasmus Mundus or Scholarship with reduced tuition fee.

4. Application deadline for own-account applicants (or own-account):  1 May 2024 if visa is needed and 15 May 2024 if no visa is needed.

5. A total of 10 positions are available for self paying or own-account students for the 2024-2026 COASTHazar Master’s edition

 

Cost for non-scholarship holders (own-account)

 

1. Tuition fee for the whole programme: €18,000 (excl. VAT)

2. Other costs: ​​

• Insurance: € 40 per month / €960 total

• Cost for visa if applicable (around €300)

• In addition, it is estimated that a student may need on average, at least € 1,115 per month to cover costs of living and travelling between universities.

 

Outcome of the application

 

1. Applicants that have indicated in their application that they wish to be considered for an Erasmus Mundus scholarship or scholarship with reduced tuition fee, will be informed about of the outcome  in the 3rd week of April 2024. Erasmus Mundus applicants that meet the academic admission requirements, but were not selected for a scholarship, may still attend the programme if they are able to cover the cost of the programme by other means (as own-account students).

2. After you have submitted your application successfully, you will receive an automated e-mail about this. If you have indicated that you wish to be considered for and Erasmus Mundus scholarship, you will not be informed about the outcome of your application for admission and scholarship after the final selection has taken place.

3. Own-account applicants will be informed about the outcome up to 4 weeks after the application deadline.

Notes:

1. Applicants are advised not to wait until the last moment to submit their application in order to avoid last minute unforeseen problems in the online submission process.

2. There is no separate application procedure for Erasmus Mundus scholarships or scholarship with reduced tuition fee.

3. In the online application form, where it is asked how the studies are going to be funded, the applicant should select: Erasmus Mundus if they wish to apply for an Erasmus Mundus scholarship and they should select Scholarship with reduced tuition fee if they wish to be considered for the scholarship with reduced tuition fee.

• (If that is done, and the application submission is done before 8 January 2024 (partner countries) /15 February 2024 (programme countries) , the application will automatically be considered for they scholarship which has been indicated.

• If you do not have your English test results available before 8 January 2024, you still have the possibility to upload them before 29 February 2024 at the latest. Your application will then still be considered for a scholarship.
